My real name is Jamie but you can call me Ami [ah-ME not AY-me]. I am eighteen years of age & live in Chicago. I have been speaking French for four years now. Foreign languages are beautiful. I aim to learn German & Latin &perfect French. I am a bit of a grammar Nazi; poor syntax turns me off.

I am currently studying to become a pharmacist. It has nearly destroyed my social life, but I made a promise. My maxim: As long as one can walk, one walks. God damn it, I'm fucking running.

I am an artist & an infrequent poet. I am also a pianist who enjoys playing Beethoven; classical music in minor keys is euphoric. My musical tastes are everywhere but industrial, aggrotech & their sub-genres dominate my playlist.

As for literature, Beaudelair, Lovecraft, Rand & Rice are nearly all I read; however, I do keep an open mind. Cinematically, Carpenter & Zombie are geniuses. I prefer movies from the 80s & 90s usually but not always with dark, philosophical undertones.

I do not believe it is possible to understand an incidivual in a few short paragraphs. Do not let the way I present myself intimidate you; I am quite silly and gentle in most regards.
