Likes: I have a great like for the arts, particularly literature and music, and am always captivated by the old world, particularly 19th century fashion and ideals. I consider myself a Romanticist and a Goth with a classy taste. I would appear more so if my wardrobe were not oppressed, but in time i will gain my freedom. I can always enjoy a good read aswell, and find that works from Writers like Poe and Byron are usually my favorite. Currently I'm captivated by a novel series known as Twilight. Other things that spark my interest are Human nature, Psychology, Philosophy, Controversies in Politics and Religion (as a topic). There is something I like however, that stands high above all others. It is my reason to live, as with this I have been able disregard all human selfishness. This Love of mine is My Girlfriend, an Angel cursed with a Mortal Coil. Perfection is not synonymous to flawlessness, but it is far more important, and to me, she is perfection wrapped in Flesh and bone.Dislikes: My Dislikes are mostly about people who use the Culture to act out, seek attention and shock others. They believe it is about hate. I don't usually worry too much about those people as when they come to realize they are unable to be happy in the dark underground of Gothdom, they will move on to become the very "Normal people" they so furiously waged war against. Goth is being happy in the dark, not hateful. Besides, we are all human...Rant over, I would also like to state that I am not one to hate many things, and when i do, I become upset with myself. This doesn't mean I try to like everything. I dislike the standards that society has set upon us, particularly those for sexual identity. I choose to wear make up on occasion, and I choose to write poetry. Liking Roses makes me no less of a man. I am also not very fond of Corruption that is undoubtedly lining our government and hypocrisy that floods our religions. The list goes on, and I shall not bother any more with what I dislike Favorite Music:  I consider my Taste in music to be a hybrid between the old music of the 19th century and modern day music. My Favorite Genres of all are Gothic and Black metal. The Grace behind every single mood altering guitar is true beauty to me. harpsichords, Pianos, Cellos and Violins are all absolutely exquisite instruments, and certainly add to modern day music, despite their outdated science. My favorite Band is Cradle of Filth. Other Bands that strike my fancy include Tristania, Epica, Apocalyptica, Stratovarius, kalmah, Dimmu Borgir, Nightwish, Netherbird, Chaosweaver, Penumbra, Dream Theater, Theatre of Tragedy, metallica, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Sonata Arctica, Fields of the Nephilim, Symphony X, Pantera, Arch Enemy, and my Dieing Bride. Along with Metal, I am quite fond of Ethereal and Darkwave . Black Tape for a Blue Girl, Attrition, and Johnny Hollow are but a few examples. Industrial music, particularly Aggrotech, are also pleasent to my ears. Bands like CombiChrist, Psyclone Nine, T3CHNOPHOB1A, System Syn, Apoptygma Berzerk, and KMFDM are always present to me whenever I feel a bit grittier than usual. And to mention our roots lastly may not do justice. Baroque Era music all the way to Romantic era. Symphonies, Sonatas, Nocturnes, Operas, String Quartets, and even medieval era Gregorian Chants.
