This is my 6th order with vampire freaks. Love shopping with you guys
I rarely ever leave bad reviews. I am pretty understanding with businesses as a lot of things are out of their control. But Vampire Freaks unfortunately has left an awful taste in my mouth. My item was either lost or stolen from my porch on Feb. 19th. Vampire Freaks refused to give me a refund even though my package was insured (priority shipping + shipping protection). They made me go on a wild goose chase to contact both USPS AND my local police. They wouldn’t send a replacement either and have made this whole experience ridiculously difficult nor have they even tried to step in and help me in any way. I also sent them the police incident number as well as CCing them in an official email with the manager of my local USPS. USPS even told them that since the package was insured and that USPS is taking the blame that they should be able to file for a refund for me. But instead they continue to deny it. Worst customer service ever. And they still haven’t gotten back to me even after I sent them the police report that they so desperately needed. (Even the police thought it was strange that they made me file a report). Needless to say, I will not be shopping here again because they don’t care about their customers enough. I have a paper trail for everything. Their emails, USPS emails, as well as the car number direct from the police.

I have not worn it yet, but I can tell you guys it’s a beautiful piece. It is exactly as the pictures. It is true to size. Cant wait for the next goth event to wear it. 🦇🦇🦇🤣
